As our team continues to grow, improving diversity and inclusion is our number one priority. Diverse teams foster the best innovation, creativity, and performance – and we know that only a diverse team can deliver on Blink’s mission of empowering frontline workers.
We also know that there is more work to be done and that actions speak louder than words. Throughout 2021, we commit to meaningful, long-term change at Blink, in our drive to create a workforce that reflects the society we live in.
Our Inclusion program has three main goals.
Attracting a more diverse talent pool.
Frameworks are already in place to ensure we're meeting the career motivations of underrepresented groups. Managers will take individual action to increase diversity in their teams.
Learning the importance of inclusion.
Anyone involved in hiring process will undergo compulsory inclusive leadership training. Everyone else will participate in additional educational workshops.
Engaging and measuring our progress.
We will launch intiatives to gain insight into the employee experience at Blink, and host regular inlusion events to unite the workforce under a common purpose.
